By establishing an account on AmanaData.ng or downloading our standalone client binaries, you agree to execute service operations in strict conformity with the rules delineated below. If you reject these functional operating terms, you must refrain from deploying our digital inventory APIs or accessing your portal account.
2. Wallet Caching & Transactions
All virtual top-up transactions, data product allocations, and bill generation routines consume active financial credits stored inside your platform wallet. You hold absolute responsibility for maintaining valid wallet funding reserves. Successful electronic processing depends on API upstream link availability; automated failure handlers return debited funds directly to your ledger balance in the event of upstream network timeouts.
3. Usage Boundaries & Liability Limits
AmanaData provides service interfaces on an "as-is" state framework. We strictly forbid malicious web-scraping attacks, automated credential spraying loops, or unauthorized payload spoofing targeted at our endpoint routing arrays. Violation triggers immediate profile restriction protocols and structural network layer IP filtering.
4. Disclosures Governing Jurisdiction
This software contract is governed strictly by the statutory electronic commercial mandates and legal frameworks established within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved via formal client-support desk routing and authorized administrative reviews.
